Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing ZOLO Celebrity Academy for your education and skill development needs. We strive to provide top-quality online and offline courses and workshops that meet your expectations. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered within 24 hours from the date of course or workshop enrollment.
Eligibility for a refund is subject to the type of course or workshop and the specific terms outlined below.
Online Courses:
Refunds for online courses will only be considered within the first day from the date of enrollment.
If a student is unable to receive the link to the online class, a full refund will be provided.
Offline Courses:
Refunds for offline courses will only be considered within the first day from the date of course enrollment.
To be eligible for a refund, the student must formally notify ZOLO Celebrity Academy of their withdrawal in writing.
Online Workshops:
Refunds for online workshops will only be considered within the first day from the date of enrollment.
If a student is unable to receive the link to the online workshop, a full refund will be provided.
Offline Workshops:
Refunds for offline workshops will only be considered within the first days from the date of enrollment.
To be eligible for a refund, the student must formally notify ZOLO Celebrity Academy of their withdrawal in writing.
Application Process:
To request a refund, please send an email to support@zoloacademy.com with your full name, course or workshop details, proof of your payment and the reason for the refund request.
The ZOLO team will review your request and respond within 7 business days to communicate the status of your refund.
Refund Processing:
If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items:
Registration and processing fees are non-refundable.
Course or Workshop Cancellations:
ZOLO Celebrity Academy reserves the right to cancel a course or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
In the event of a refund request, please note that 60% of the total amount paid will be refunded, excluding fees associated with course or workshop cancellations. This policy applies to all refund requests and is effective as of December 29, 2023. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
